From 01-07-2009 the concrete producers with process
industrialized, they have the obligation to guarantee qualitative production
suitable and adequate equipment, together with qualified personnel.

In particular, the Ministerial Decree 14-01-2008 prescribes that the company Production System
is subjected to evaluation by an independent and authorized third party
by the Superior Council LL.PP., the so-called FPC (Factory Production Control).
