CertyCeq srl was founded as a Certification Body in September 2004 with a notarial deed stipulated in Catania by the will of a group of people who, in the era of the global market, believed that the company, whether small or large, among other things, should have an added value that others do not have and that in any case characterizes it: certification, which, moreover, constitutes an indication of the desire for continuous improvement.

CertyCeq srl was therefore created to promote the culture of the Valence of Certification at national and international level, through the assessment of conformity to the National and International reference standard applied, both voluntarily and in mandatory form, and proceed with the subsequent release of the Certification Document with international value.

CertyCeq srl immediately proceeds to equip itself with competent assessors, some of which are accredited by other assessment bodies, and begins the entrepreneurial journey by obtaining SINCERT accreditation (today Accredia) and SNAS accreditation, equivalent at international level to Accredia following the signing of the MLA agreement between Accreditation Bodies.

In July 2008 CertyCeq srl, having assessors registered in the appropriate Register, was authorized by the QIS, the special consortium created by CONI, for the issue of certifications of sports facilities. Also in 2008 CertyCeq srl obtained accreditation from the Central Committee of Road Transport (Code of Practice) at the Ministry of Transport.

In September 2008, CertyCeq srl decides to diversify business choices, and establishes CertyCeq sro in Bratislava (Slovakia), a company wholly owned by CertyCeq srl. And in July 2009, CertyCeq SRO achieves SNAS accreditation for the 9001-14001-18001 standards (today 45001). Accreditation for ISO 37001 will be added later.

On 5 October 2011 CertyCeq srl obtained the ministerial decree for the carrying out of the inspection activity of the grounding checks (DPR 462). Later CertyCeq srl decided to divest this business.

On 23 December 2011 CertyCeq srl obtained the ministerial decree n. 12404 for the certification of the CE Marking for Mandate 100 (Prefabricated concrete), Mandate 124 (Bituminous mixtures), Mandate 125 (Aggregates).

On 23 December 2011 CertyCeq srl obtained the ministerial decree n. 12405 for the certification activity for the certification of the production process of the cement conglomerate produced with industrialized process (FPC).

On 18 December 2017 CertyCeq srl obtained the ministerial decree for the certification of the CE Marking for Mandate 120 (EN 1090 - 1, Steel and aluminum structures).

On 10 March 2022 Certy Ceq srl achieves the renewal of the ministerial decree for the CE marking activity.

CertyCeq srl continues with its efforts for the concrete implementation of an entrepreneurial policy aimed at achieving new objectives and goals.
